I established the company in April 2005, prior to, my formal education included Diploma Construction Eng.Tn and Diploma Architectural Construction Technology followed by 11 years of work experience in supervisory roles including civil infrastructure, commercial and industrial building and new construction of residential homes, townhomes and multi-level condominium buildings.

The idea, the dream of being at the helm became a reality. The direction was not only to deliver a quality built product but also in a respectful manner it was delivered. Professionalism, integrity, communication and honesty.

Our services are diversified to meet the criteria of each client, residential or commercial. Our residential projects include construction ranging from new build management, additions and renovations, rear yard living – complete property completion including pool cabana’s, outdoor cooking and landscaping spaces. Our services include full design build including construction drawings, building permit process, in-house interior design and co-ordination for all selections including 3-D visual drawings, furniture and all accessories (if required). If the clients have these items already completed we are as equally happy to work with the team.

Our commercial projects range from new build, additions, renovations and alterations for professional facilities(medical and dental), industrial (specialty fabrication), commercial (retail, office, beauty, spa and fitness). Our services include full design build with our team of architects and engineers or with project drawings provided by the client.
